Trail-blazing in Kazakhstan

Paul Noble has carried out a trail-blazing visit to Kazakhstan to kick off the first delivery of the CIPR Diploma in that country. He ran a four-day workshop in the capital Astana, with delegates from the country's petroleum, natural resources, transport and commercial sectors.

Online Course Leader

Paul Noble has been appointed course leader of the online CIPR Diploma delivered by The PR Academy. He will be responsible for co-ordinating course tutors, ensuring consistency of delivery, running live course webinars, managing discussion forums, and lead lecturer at face-to-face workshops.

Paul Noble has been appointed as an Assessor for the CIPR's newly-created Chartered Practitioner status. bss, the not-for-profit contact centre operator, has won two prestigious National Outsourcing Association awards: Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year and Outsourcing Contact Centre of the Year. Noble Ink worked with bss on the award entries.

Renewal of Approved Trainer Status
The Chartered Institute of Public Relations has once again renewed Paul Noble's status as a CIPR Approved Trainer. According to the CIPR, this demonstrates "your own commitment to continuous learning and to raising standards of professionalism throughout the industry." To achieve the status, trainers undergo a rigorous approval process and have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in training.

Security Alliance appoints Noble Ink

 Noble Ink has been appointed by Security Alliance to provide PR and marketing communications support . Security Alliance was established in 2007 and brings together a unique portfolio of information security specialists. Working with Kudos Advertising, Noble Ink will be implementing a PR programme which will communicate Security Alliance's particular advantages for the SME market and for financial services organisations. It has already provided copywriting for Security Alliance's website and collateral.

CIPR adopts Paul's book
The second edition of Evaluating Public Relations, co-authored by Paul Noble (with Dr Tom Watson), has hit the streets - and is available on Amazon and at all good bookshops. The new edition forms part of the PR in Practice series jointly published by the CIPR and Kogan Page. The first edition was not just a success in the UK: it has also been translated into Korean, Russian and Japanese.

Paul gets certified

The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) has appointed Paul Noble as Chief Examiner of its Advanced Certificate. Provided in partnership with City & Guilds, this is a vocational qualification for aspiring PR professionals. Paul's role will be to oversee teaching and assessment, and to maintain standards across the nine centres delivering the degree-level qualification.

Write second time

Paul Noble and Dr Tom Watson, co-authors of Evaluating Public Relations, have now been commissioned to write the second edition. The book will be published by Kogan Page in October 2007 and will form part of the CIPR's PR in Practice series.

Business English - in writing!
Annie Noble has been commissioned by Chambers Harrap to write The Chambers Desktop Guide to Business English . Due to be published in Spring 2007, the book will cover the fundamentals of written business communications, as well as more sophisticated communications such as press releases, brochures, newsletters and websites. It will also have an extensive section on grammar and punctuation, editing, and proofreading.

Paul Noble has been awarded Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. CIPR Fellowship is given in recognition of outstanding work in public relations and services to the Institute. At present there are only 321 Fellows of the CIPR.

The MCPS-PRS Alliance has asked Noble Ink to provide a series of workshops to enhance its current written communications. The Alliance (The Mechanical-Copyright Protection Society and the Performing Rights Society) collects licence fees from the performing and reproduction of music in the UK.

Noble Ink – The Vital Ingredient

Noble Ink has played a key role in helping European market leader KnowledgePool win and implement an important e-learning government contract. ‘Cooking Up a Good PR Campaign’ is part of a programme being run by the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) to help local authorities communicate with their customers.

Paul Noble acted as KnowledgePool’s subject matter expert, and his presence on the team was a key factor in the award of the contract. He also advised the development team during the implementation of the project.

Independent ATM operator InfoCash has awarded its marketing and PR contract to Noble Ink.  InfoCash was one of the first independent members of the LINK network and its ATM estate stretches across retailers, bingo halls and casinos, workplaces and leisure facilities.

IPR Renews Approved Trainer Status

IPR approved trainerClients can continue to be assured of the quality of training provision offered by Noble Ink. The Institute of Public Relations (IPR) has renewed Paul Noble’s status as an IPR Approved Trainer. This initiative is designed to “recognise high quality and reliable trainers”. Paul Noble was one of the first trainers to be accredited by the IPR when the scheme was launched at the end of 2000 and his status now lasts a further two years.

Under the IPR Approved Trainer Charter, clients commissioning training should expect:
